May believes in the transformative power of art to change lives. Her artistic journey began in 2011 with painting and expanded to ceramics in 2016. To deepen her skills and knowledge, she earned a Professional Diploma in Fine Art from the Hong Kong Art School in 2017. She completed the Holistic Western Painting course at the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

May’s painting style primarily focuses on landscapes and surrealism, reflecting her vivid imagination and emotional depth. In ceramics, her work is inspired by nature, exploring the medium's versatility and creative possibilities.

Passionate about art education, May actively participates in community art initiatives, striving to make art accessible and meaningful for a broader audience. She is also deeply committed to exploring art’s therapeutic potential, particularly its benefits for mental health and emotional well-being. Currently, May wears many hats: she works as a ceramist, art therapy practitioner, part-time art educator, and WWF eco-guide. These diverse roles allow her to express her creativity, share her knowledge, and contribute to the community in impactful and fulfilling ways.
