Lu Jun (b.1962)was born in Hu Bei, he graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in 1983. Lu showed his affection in photography when he was a university student, and by as early as 1991, his works were selected and exhibited at the 3rd Shanghai International Photography Exchange Exhibition in Shanghai, China.
In 2005, 2006 & 2009, Lu won the outstanding photographer awards at the Pingyao International Photography. Lu won the Photography Gold medal (2009), the Sculpture Bronze medal (2013), and the Digital Art Silver Prize (2015) on the 7th, 9th and 10th X Biennale di Firenze accordingly.
Lu is the founder of “Digital Ink” painting and started exploring his digital ink art by 2007; and by 2009, Lu dedicated his whole self to art and venture his journey as a Contemporary Chinese Ink artist.
Lu fuses his knowledge in Chinese ink paintings with his photography specialties and his distinct artistic interpretations, this allows him to perfectly capture and present his highlighted novelty fantasies with an abstract and contemporary artistic expression… with the moments where the ink and colors interacted with the water… just like any traditional Chinese ink painting. Lu was honored as one of the World’s top 100 artists—Creative Genius: 100 Contemporary Artists (2009), by Masters of Today Limited in London, England.

陸軍於1962年生於湖北省，於1983年畢業於武漢理工大學。他在大學期間已表現出對攝影的熱愛。而早在1991年，他的作品就被選中在第三屆上海國際攝影交流展上展出。
在2005年，2006年和2009年，陸軍在平遙國際攝影大賽中獲得優秀攝影獎。 他亦於第7屆，第9屆和第10屆佛羅倫斯藝術雙年展中分別獲得了攝影金獎（2009），雕塑銅獎（2013）和數字藝術銀獎（2015）。
陸軍是“數字水墨”的創始人，並於2007年開始潛心鑽研數字水墨創作；2009年，陸軍立志全心投入藝術世界，遂成為一名中國當代水墨藝術家。
陸軍的大幅攝影作品借鑒了中國水墨繪畫最基本的三個元素(水，墨，紙)，結合現代攝影技術，在形式及色彩上都充滿動感與詩意的新一種水墨攝影作品。在藝術家 的操控之下，傳統水墨的神韻被賦予了攝影中，融合在夢幻般的彩雲中，重新詮釋併升華了中國傳統藝術中最經典的一個形式。他創新的藝術理念使他被英國倫敦Masters of Today Limited「創意天才：100位當代藝術家（2009）」評為100位最具創意的當代藝術家之一。
