康雁屏生於香港，上海視覺藝術學院 SIVA 進修研究 (劉國松水墨高峰研究)，香港嶺南大學文學院畢業，葛量洪師範學院主修美術系，大一設計學院進修平面設計，香港中文大學專業進修學院 — 現代水墨畫課程。

曾主持多個藝術專題講座及接受電台專訪, 出版【醉荷塘】、【墨言自在】、【狂想曲。雁屏水墨】個人畫集。作品為美術館，大學及私人收藏。
